Day-1: Exploring the Golden City

Morning:

After reaching Jaisalmer, you have to check in at the hotel and have breakfast. Then, after taking some rest, you have to go straight to “Jaisalmer Fort“, which is considered to be the most famous tourist place in Jaisalmer. Jaisalmer Fort is also known as “Sonar Quila”. Here you will get to see beautiful palaces, Jain temples and amazing architecture which you would have never seen before.

Afternoon:

After lunch, you can go to “Patwon Ki Haveli” and “Nathmal Ki Haveli“, which are among the tourist places in Jaisalmer. You will not be able to stop yourself from praising the amazing craft skills of this place. The history of this place is also very interesting, so if you have a guide, then definitely ask him about the history of this place.

Evening:

In the evening, you have to go to “Gadisar Lake” where you will remember the experience of watching the sunset for a lifetime. Gadisar Lake is the most famous lake in Jaisalmer, where most of the tourists come here only for photography.

Whenever you go to see this village, do not touch any of the things located there. Kuldhara Village is also a tourist place, so you can visit it only in the morning with your family and children.

Afternoon:

After having lunch, go to the main attraction in Jaisalmer, “Sam Sand Dunes“, where you must have the amazing experience of a camel safari and a jeep ride, which you and your family will enjoy a lot. This place located in the middle of the desert is full of beautiful sights.

Evening:

In the evening, you have to see the spectacular view of sunset from the desert. You have to spend the night in the camp located in the desert itself, where you will get to see folk music and dance.

You will remember the experience of staying in the tents located in this camp for the rest of your life. Here you will be shown Rajasthani cultural programs at night and traditional dishes of this place will be served for dinner, which are really delicious.

Day: 3 Offbeat Gems and Farewell

Morning:

After breakfast, you have to go to Jaisalmer’s best tourist place, “Bada Bagh“. This is a beautiful ancient place in Jaisalmer and the atmosphere here is very peaceful. Here you will get to see royal monuments, which attract every tourist coming here. You will not find a better place than this for photography in Jaisalmer.

Afternoon:

If you are fond of shopping, then after lunch you can go to the famous markets of Jaisalmer and enjoy buying local things here.

Evening:

In the evening you have to go to a famous café in Jaisalmer which is built on the roof. “Café Cavalli” is the most famous rooftop café in Jaisalmer, from where you will get an amazing view of Jaisalmer Fort. After visiting the cafe, you must eat traditional dishes of Rajasthan for dinner.
